I took my daughter and son-in-law to lunch today and could not have picked a better place! It was such a pleasure to be treated so well. Our waiter Drew was so knowledgeable and professional, but mainly so kind and friendly. Thanks Drew! Oh yeah, and the food...simply amazing. Best in Abilene Keep up the great job.

We ate dinner here last night and were very pleased with our decision. She had the catfish and shrimp platter and I had the catfish platter. The catfish was so delicious and the shrimp were amazing! Our waitress was very attentive and not overbearing. The only thing that we felt bad about was the restaurant’s temperature. It was freezing in there. My wife had to go to the car and get her coat. We even moved tables in an effort to get away from the vent. Still not enough.

We always enjoy our visits to both Abilene locations. Today we order the Cajun that's red fish on a bed of rice topped with gumbo and crayfish. One of today's specials was build your own platter so I chose a salad, catfish, and red beans and rice and they were all delicious. The good food and the 5 Star hospitality of our server Amanda keeps us coming back on the regular. If you haven't yet check them out when you want some good seafood choices. Oh and the salmon is my go to dish when I can't decide.

Run, don't walk...it's so yummy! Get the Cajun Fries appetizer This was a 1/2 order! I think only a beast could finish a full!

Went to this location last weekend after walking out of the other Galveston seafood restaurant for reasons I won’t put here. This place was FANTASTIC! Our waiter was great and knowledgeable about the menu. Calamari and alligator was on point. They were out of red fish but offered to sub with red snapper which came out great. Me and my daughter had a shrimp & crab boil with the egg addition. I got more than was stated on the menu I did let them know but they didn’t charge me extra. It tasted SO good. Finished off with the donut things with caramel sauce. I will go here every time i visit Abilene!

We didn’t know what to expect as this was our first time dining in this restaurant. When all said and done, our family was very impressed with the quality of the food, generous portion, and an amazing customer service by our server(Amanda). Thank you for a wonderful meal and we enjoyed every dish and I am sure we will be back soon.

Hit all the marks. Options and flavors were on point. I hated Catfish in Florida but Texans know how to do Catfish. These guys have Catfish tasting like Snapper it was delicious and clean tasting, not even a hint of muddy taste. The calamari starters were also great, not overly breaded, tender, and packed with flavor. The pastry chef should be arrested for that bread pudding lol it's heavenly, surprisingly not overly sweet and at first doesn't look like your Nana's traditional bread pudding but one bite and you'll be a bread pudding fein. Our server was patient, attentive and offered great advice on the menu as it was our first time, she even went along with my weird ordering lol. Overall truly pleased with the service and taste will deff be back. No bread pudding pic it was gone in a jiffy.

I can say we were pleasantly surprised. The boiled crawfish was same as if on the bayou. Large crawfish too. The blackened catfish with blackened shrimp and dirty rice was very nice. The seafood gumbo was excellent. All in all the best food we’ve had since arriving in Abilene. I would recommend you try this place if you want some good seafood.
